About Pet Vet Medical

Pet Vet Medical is a trading division of CWVC Limited running from Cat's Whiskers Veterinary Clinic which is registered and regulated by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) to supply both prescription and non-prescription veterinary medications for horses, dogs, cats, small mammals and birds. It is run by a UK based veterinary surgeon, Dr Amanda Nicholls BVetMed MRCVS. Not only does this give you confidence in the medication that you are purchasing, it also means we can provide you with all the support and advice you may require.

Our aim is to provide our customers with the best possible service by offering you a reliable and cost effective way to treat your pets. All members of our team are pet owners and understand how important it is to do the best we can for our companion animals. We hope that we can provide a cost effective way of treating horses and pets that might have had to go without if their owners were struggling to pay vet prices for medication and supplements.

We aim to provide the same medications as your vet for on average a 50% saving, we use the same veterinary wholesalers as your vet but as we are able to buy in bulk we can pass the savings on to you.

Meet our veterinary surgeon, Dr Amanda Nicholls BVetMed MRCVS

Amanda Nicholls BVetMed MRCVS

Amanda graduated from the Royal Veterinary College London in 2000 fulfilling a life long ambition to become a vet. She has several years experience as a Veterinary Surgeon working in several companion animal veterinary practices throughout the UK. In March 2010, after 2 years of planning and developing, she was delighted to finally open Cat's Whiskers Veterinary Clinic, a feline only practice in Worthing, West Sussex. 18 months later, she is very excited to be launching this online arm of the business, and to be able to offer products to all of the companion animal species.

Amanda has a dog and a cat and would love to expand the menagerie if time and space permitted. In the past she has cared for many small furries including rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and mice, most of which have found their way into her home via veterinary sugeries she has worked in.

Amanda is a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (membership number 6200114), the British Veterinary Association, the International Society of Feline Medicine, the Feline Advisory Bureau and the Worldwide Veterinary Service.

Amanda is very happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the use of any products available through the online shop.
